Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with this company. I called to get a quote to tow a raised and oversized truck to a repair shop in Bradenton. I was given the quote. I scheduled the pick up for 8:30a-9:00a the next morning. John asked me to text him the addresses of where the truck was to be picked up and dropped off. I did that, along with sending a photo of the truck to make sure they knew the size. They were a no show-no call. I called them to see if they were coming. He told me he never got my text, now he couldnt come until later. So, we reschedule for 5:00p. He told me to text addresses again. I then sent a text to the number again to confirm I had the correct number. He confirmed. It was the same number I originally texted. So, I never resent the addresses, and he seemed to find our house with no problem. Once he had the truck on the flatbed, the price increased. He said it was because the truck was so large. We discussed that I explained this and sent a photo. He wasnt budging. I gave him the increased price just to be done with it. No bueno! Totally shady to lie and change an agreed upon price after loading the vehicle. He could have mentioned it prior to loading it.
