iShine Pressure Washing

I love that this is a family-owned business because they have the motivation to ensure good quality. The communication was quick, detailed, and the results were excellent. There was green algae and black mold on the rock garden that I thought would be difficult to remove, but it now looks brand new! The orange/black mold on the porch was treated with two different types of treatment and looks better but turns out the concrete is simply old and discolored, and they took the time to explain the science behind it. I mentioned I wanted to paint it and they took the time to explain what kinds of paint I could use and what kinds to avoid. Very pleased and will use them again!

I am NOT a review guy! I know that they are an important tool for small businesses, and I should probably do them more - but I am often busy, and it really takes either a REALLY great experience or a REALLY awful experience to motivate me to leave a review. Jason and iShine fall into the REALLY great category. I chose iShine for my projects (3 big ones) because of the positive reviews. I will be honest - when the reviews are as positive as Jasons I get a little suspicious. Is he really THAT good? Surely some of these reviews are just spam? But I decided to get a quote anyway. Jason quickly turned a quote around to me and I was incredibly surprised to find how reasonable it was! We have a LARGE DRIVEWAY, in addition to that I had asked to have our Paver Pool deck cleaned (also quite large) as well as 86 Solar Panels! Jason was able to get me quickly on his calendar as well. Jason kept me updated as the appointment approached and double-checked everything prior to starting work. He worked diligently in less than ideal conditions and did it all with not only a genuine and positive attitude, but with an efficiency that didnt feel rushed as much as detail oriented. I know this is probably an over used phrase when reviewing cleaning services - but truly everything Jason touched was left looking like the day it was put in. He not only completed all the tasks we hired him for, but ended up going way above and beyond and threw in multiple extras (at NO extra charge)! In a world where you can never quite count on anything to be what it is anymore, Jason and iShine are about as close to the real deal as you are going to find. The fact that we get the level of service one hopes for from a small locally owned business and still get to enjoy the reasonable pricing one thinks you can only really find from a large corporate/franchise, will keep me using Jason again, and again. He will be my recommendation for anyone looking for low or high pressure washing services, without reservation. You will read this review and think the same things I did. This seems too good to be true. But Jason is the real deal, and now I completely understand the earlier reviews. Thanks Jason. Truly. The house looks incredible!

Jason and his assistant were prompt and did an excellent job on our roof and driveway. I definitely will use them again the next time we have need a thorough pressure cleaning at our home.

Wow. Very impressed! Just had our walkway, sidewalks and house eaves pressure washed and treated for algae and mildew by iShine. Jason was quick to get back to me when I contacted them and offered multiple times for availability. He did a great job of communicating emailed a quote, texted confirmation when they would be here to do the job and even texted when he was on his way. Very professional, responsive, and friendly. Jason is very thorough and even cleaned a few extra areas that he noticed needed it. It really made a big difference in how the house looked. He definitely knows his profession and goes above and beyond.When he was done, he did a walk thru with me to make sure we were completely satisfied. As you can see from the pictures there was a build up of algae and mold and he got it all clean. Very pleasant person and process. Highly recommend.Thank you Jason and Lais! p/s I will add pictures as soon as I can figure out why Google is not letting me. They show an amazing clean difference.
