I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to him. He is horrible, he's only worried about the money, he will schedule n say he can't do nothing else for you and bill your insurance like you had a procedure.

I have a horrible back problems and this doctor is amazing and the staff Kelsey you could not get a kinder more wonderful empathetic person in the front to see you when you walk in the door so I absolutely love this establishment if youre having back issues go to this facility go to this clinic because they are amazing I wish they had seven stars to offer because Id give them seven stars

I was surprised when I saw a review by a person noted as T Fleming who gave a one star review of Dr. Nguyen and said such unkind things regarding this office. I am a 72 year old female with major back issues and SI joint problems that require surgery coming up this next month. I had been going to another pain doctor for 3 years who helped me one time with a radio frequency ablation that worked for 18 months, for which I was gratefu. However, when the pain came back all of his other injections failed because he was placing them in the wrong spot. His front office help was horrible delaying appointments time and time again over stating I needed insurance approval when I did not. I had had enough. That is when I found Dr. Nguyen and his wonderful nurse Kelsey. From the get go I was greeted by Kelsey with care and understanding of the severe pain I was in and she got me in right away. They knew I did not need insurance approval, and when I called, Kelsey told me I would be able to get help the same day I came in that I would not need to come back in 2 weeks to a month, which is how the other office did me! When I met Dr. Nguyen he sat down with me at the computer and showed me everything that was wrong with my back and SI joint. He took the time to try to educate me and give me full understanding of the issues. He drew me pictures of my discs to clarify. I had all my CT and MRI discs with me. I had an injection that day and within minutes of me standing up the pain stopped in that area. My surgeon, Dr. Mathew Moore, in Lighthouse Point, FL, wanted Dr. Nguyen to do a targeted transforaminal epidural in my L2 and L3. Again, when he did that the pain in my lower back, which is referred pain, from the stenosis, went away. I had another procedure in my SI joint that my insurance required a 20% co- pay and Dr. Nguyen asked me several times if that is something I was sure I wanted to do because of the cost. He did not try to force that on me. I could barely walk some days and was in so much pain. Dr. Nguyen could have tried just steroids but I needed the ablation. I was so glad I did it because it worked. Thank God! When you are in pain for such a long time and you are trying to find the right doctor to fix the problem with surgery, if possible, you have to have pain management. The injections did not hurt me. Dr. Nguyen told me what to expect before it happened and kept asking me if I was OK as the injection went along. Dr. Nguyen is an intelligent well educated, kind, caring, genuine doctor, who has helped me to be able to function and still work. Without him I am certain I would be bed bound. You will not meet a kinder more caring nurse than Kelsey. She sees pain walk in the door everyday! She is empathetic and so kind. She makes sure you are getting scheduled and taken care of. Dr. Nguyen and Kelsey are a perfect team who have full understanding of pain and how to approach and care for the many personalities that come into the office. Sometimes surgery is not an option for many but I am lucky that I can try to get that relief. Regardless of whether you can or can't get surgery, when you are in pain Dr. Nguyen will not disappoint as he will tell you the truth about what you can expect. He never over promised on anything. He left the options open for me to decide. What he did was manage my pain so I could have a life!
