        She did not know how to do our state taxes, we are military so obviously we're from a different state. She kept telling us we needed to mail in some forms becaude she had no idea how to do it. After wasting my time she recommended for us to do the states taxes elsewhere. Also messed up on our federal taxes and we now have to deal with that 6 months later.
