        In my opinion 1 star is to much. My husband was trying to talk to Bill about what services they do and he turned around when he heard his name but the moment he seen my husband was a black man he swatted his hand as if he was swatting a fly and walked off. In my opinion that's completely unprofessional. An I now don't care what service he does he want get a dime of our money. Poor excuse of a human I'd say.

        He told me Friday that he would call me with an estimate the next morning and he never did. 2nd time. Said he would call me back with an estimate. He never did.
