        The new landlord Kayla is very disrespectful, harrass her tenants. And be having intercourse with her maintenance workers. It's very unproffesional. I was a resident for 5 years and she been the worst I seen ..

        Three rivers is a great place to stay. It's not the The manager but upper manage ment needs to step up and take care of thier residents. It's not the manager Kayla, she will help any one who needs the help. I have seen her go above and beyond to help residents do applications and renewals. She do as much as she can for her residents. She respect who respects her. She do her job and let's no one interfere with it.
