From beginning to end a very knowledgeable Cody guided us through filing a claim with our insurance, explained the time and days the actual project would take (3 days!) Kept his promise, And even got us a company to get us a new AC at a very reasonable price. Everything done in 3 days! Had water leaking from my garage ceiling and reached out to Restore Experts after finding them on Google with good reviews. I was pleased that they were out next day, on time and from the very beginning, everyone with the company I spoke with was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They understand the insurance process and work to make sure that not only are they thorough in the diagnosis of the problems, but with how to go about the repair. This resulted in a very timely process of diagnosing, fixing the problem and repairing the damage, all in perfect stride with my homeowners insurance. A very smooth process, punctual for all meetings, the work was done in a very reasonable timeframe and the final product of the work turned out great. You can tell they care about their customers and are more about partnerships, referrals and long term customer retention instead of getting the job done fast for a quick buck which I appreciate.
