We had a great experience with Value Store It 20 Margate. We worked with Howard (the property manager) to rent a 10x15 unit. All was done remotely. My real estate agent recommended this facility; I was in another city so I didn't visit beforehand. Movers moved my parents' 2 bedroom apartment into the unit quickly and easily. We also had movers haul 1/2 the stuff to Cape Cod last year. Value Store It was super helpful in providing access to the movers. Finally, I can't say enough good things about Yanet, who helped us move out of the unit in April 2023. She cut the lock off quickly and expertly (we lost the key), and was so friendly and responsive as we moved out over two days. The place is clean, easy to access, lots of carts to use, very secure (you need your code to move around the building) with a 2 bay loading dock. Nice and cool inside, even on a hot day. Our stuff was perfectly kept. Great experience!
