The office staff is not very helpful with the exception of one thats willing to help me and sadly arent all on the same page. Ive been dealing with a reimbursement check for three months now. Every time I call I get different staff members all with different answers. All Im trying to do is get my money back that is owed to me due to their negligence on checking my copay fee. I get it we are in a pandemic and its hard to get good workers, but due your part as the doctors and train your staff properly. I dont normally write reviews for my doctors but I felt this needed to be addressed. If you dont have good teamwork and communication with your staff on handling situations, you will lose patients. The doctor is fantastic and I would dislike leaving, but dealing with this office in Margate Florida is horrible. Sadly, I give this office 1 star.
