Kayno Car Care

I think Kayno Car Care is a garage that is incredibly polite and professional. I also dont want to detract or in any way invalidate the experiences other people may have had (which seem to be overwhelmingly positive). However, they did misdiagnose an issue with my car and failed to solve the problem after just two days of getting it back from them. I didnt feel comfortable bringing it back to spend more money on an issue I wasnt sure theyd be able to solve. Again, incredibly professional in dealing with me. Not unkind or rude whatsoever. Their system of authorizing or not authorizing things was also nice and convenient.

Had a great experiece, went in for a change of breaks and Francis gave me all my options, quoted me before hand. They're experiece guys in the industry and know what they're doing. They all are super friendly and also have amazing follow up etiquette. Highly recommend Kayno Car Care!

Amazing experience! Would never let anyone else work on my familys vehicles! Very professional and efficient! Communicates with clients and washes vehicle after each reapair! Hands down the best automotive one stop shop around! You will not be disappointed! Thank you again Kayno!
