Moving to Florida for a job without having a place to stay is very stressful. Simone was on point from the minute I met her. She communicates, you always know what's going on, she knows what she's doing. I found the perfect apartment, exactly what I wanted. She's a true professional and I'm really grateful for all her help.

AMAZING ! Call/text her now if you need a home! Erica is such a professional yet kind & caring realtor, not only did she find me a villa in my area & price range, she handled the whole application process, lease signing and walk throughs. What makes her amazing? A couple days after my move in, unknown to us the microwave needing replacing, (we tested it briefly together and it worked prior to move in) when I went to use it for longer than 1 minute, it actually caught fire, my home was filled with smoke with me & kids! But Erica would not rest until this was handled. Not only did she help me after hours (though her job was done & we already closed on the apartment) she contacted the landlord & follows up to make sure it was fixed. Knowing I have children Erica went above & beyond and bought me and my kids a HUGE dinner so we could eat that night, I was so blessed by her caring and kindness. Erica (Simone ) thank you from the bottom of my heart. Truly a special person & wonderful realtor to find us a place in time with all our needs met.

Don't really know where to start with this amazing home purchasing experience. I have rented and/or purchased a few homes thru Erica Simone Griffin over the last few years..she makes the process so easy and pleasant. She really only ever needed me for the signature..she literally takes care of everything from start to key ready move in...only realtor I will ever use for a home..Multiple family members of mine have worked with her also...she gets it DONE..thank-you Erica Simone Griffin.... Realtor GURU..!!
