        Tbh I would have never stopped at the Gem Eatery if I saw it while driving by, it's a small place that doesn't look that appealing. I found it online read some reviews and decided to check it out. Even when I pulled up i was hesitant BUT this place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the service was excellent. We got a German packcake, a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, cheese grits and a steak and cheese sandwich and it was all delicious! The steak sandwich was one of the best I've ever had and the fries taste McDonald's fries, not that shii they sell now the ones from back on the day when they actually tasted like fries. The German pancake was amazing, it does take 30 mins to bake but totally worth it. We'll definitely be back!
