Alka Singh, MD

I just made a switch to a new Primary Physician, Dr Alka Singh. She is absolutely hands down the best Primary Physician I have ever had and the pleasure to be followed by. Extremely attentive, knowledgeable, positive, takes all the time you need with her. Its evident she really cares about her patients. Love this Physician already, shes incredible! Her staff is second to none! The nicest staff I have ever seen in any Doctors office, and I have several! The gals at the front desk couldnt have been more sweet and helpful! Chris, Dr. Singhs medical tech, just a gentle soft spoken guy with an incredible bedside manner and the Office Mgr, Nicole Jones, incredible gal! Introduced herself, gave me her card with her personal cell phone number and told me to call her whenever I have a question, who does that, what Drs Office has that Policy besides none. Dr Singh told me information about medication Im taking wrong that was never mentioned with my previous Dr. She is even going to send me for a heart scan just for her records which my last Primary never suggested in 10 yrs.Dr. Singh and staff, thank you for being the great people you all are! I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Alka Singh and her staff. I was very comfortable and the Doctor answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. She took her time with me.

Wait time was outrageous call to get information and was on hold forever so I hong up and call back same process.

I never checked myself, I only half examined myself, she is a very terrible doctor, she sent me tests and when I went to do them, she never sent the referrals and they canceled tests that I had been waiting for 1 month to do, I never recommend her, the staff outside are very good
