        I can only assume that the doctor has many patients. He tells me to do certain things and then when I see him again, he denies telling me the very thing he told me to do. He scheduled me for a procedure two different times and I was turned down by my insurance company. That means I had to take two days off for no reason which I needed those days to be able to pay my bills. Ive asked the girls at the front desk to make sure anything that is prescribed that it gets preapproval through my insurance company apparently, that never happens.
