The review is more for the management company than the quality of the home. The home we rented was very nice and clean. However, the management company does not provide any paper products. Really? There were 9 of us for a week and there were no garbage bags (except the one in the trash can), no extra toilet paper or paper towels and only one laundry pod. For the amount of money we spent to rent this house, you would think they could supply these type of amenities like vrbos do. Watch your contract because they kept referring to it. If I were the owners, I would be embarrassed that they are that cheap that they can't provide $20 worth of paper products for your rentals.

We stayed at a Clausen Property in May of 2022 on Marco Island and were happy until the property closed the pool indefinitely. Clausen relocated us to another local property with a pool and we were very happy. Clausen was very helpful and professional and we would stay with them again. Thank you!
