We were moving to the Naples area and Sue was the only realtor that followed up with us after requesting information. Since then, we have used Land and Sea to buy two homes in Naples and the process has been handled expertly. She and her team were on top of everything, and Sue was available anytime via text whenever I had questions. They made it easy for us to buy and they helped us find the perfect homes in a short amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a house on Marco Island and in Naples.

So 11 years ago I was on Marco visiting my parents and registered with Sue's web site. She stayed in touch all that time without a hint of action on our part. Fast forward to 2023 and now retired and ready to buy. Sue and Abbey did tons of prep work for us which was made a little more difficult because we have pets. Upon arrival in Sept.- she had multiple viewing appointments lined up for us on our 2 day visit. After our offer was accepted on our Condo is when it gets better. Land and Sea kicked it up to the next level of hyper service. Sue and Abbey patiently walked us thru the inspections, the inspection follow ups, insurance, and closing details including several after the sale follow ups. Sue's vast local knowledge of each Condo and neighborhood pros and cons is mighty impressive and such a tremendous resource for anyone looking to buy in Marco or Naples.
