I have known Chris Koch professionally for 20 years. I have always looked at Chris as one of the most trusted law enforcement professionals that i have ever worked with. Chris is an excellent home watch person. Following the hurricane he made himself available with very short notice to totally inspect our home and immediately provided verbal, text and email communication re the condition of our home. His sub contractors were prompt, knowledgeable and cost effective. We have every reason to recommend Sergeants Property watch for seasonal home monitoring.

Sergeants Property Watch is the best!!! Chris is attentive, responsive, reliable and really went above and beyond for us and his other clients to protect our property and assets when Irma paid us a visit. I cant say enough good things about him. Highly recommend!!!
