These guys are a COMPLETE RIP OFF! They scam lower financial class ELDERLY PEOPLE, BEWARE!!! they came around in my grandmothers community(predominantly black, lower financial class of people, and much older men and women) and confused and straight out lied to make sales of this water system. My grandmother is a few months shy of 90 years old and is not in any state to enter into a financial agreement with an understanding of what all the fine lines say...They forced my grandmother to install their equipment and now have forced her into a contract without my knowledge to paying over 20k per the agreement over an 18 year term. I am now involved as im just getting a invoice from a company called ISPC. They forced my grandmother with news of a grocery gift card which would help her with food or household expenses that she needed and could use as well as that there was no charge involved and it was somehow free. Complete rip off and unfortunate I'm currently looking into the legal parameters to get this nightmare behind us.

We have had our filtration system for 2 weeks now and have noticed a significant difference in not only the taste of our water, but the feel of our skin and hair after showering. We have been using our newly installed Alkaline water spicket and have literally been drinking nothing else. Caitlin and Ruben came to our home with all the knowledge and were so kind, patient, and just overall amazing to be around. They came and conducted their tests, thoroughly explained the benefits, we were hooked! Overall, we are very satisfied with our WestingHouse whole home water filtration system and all the service representatives we have came in contact with. We definitely recommend this if you want cleaner, healthier water.

What an amazing company. Kaylee and Brian showed me just how bad my water actually was. We decided then and there to have the system installed. It was done the same day, Conway and Ricky were excellent. And it doesnt stop there, a day later Javier came and inspected everything and went over everything with us. All questions were answered honestly and patiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is tiered of having nasty smelling and tasting water in their home. This is the company to choose. If I could give a higher rating I definitely would.

So glad we answered the door! Kaylee and Brian came in and ran their tests. We knew we had hard water but were waiting for a good time to invest. We didnt realize how bad it actually was. And it has been the best investment for my family. The taste of the water is absolutely incredible. The skin issues myself and our son has have improved over the last few weeks. I cant wait to see what comes after a couple months of have this amazing Westinghouse system. Every person we dealt with was absolutely professional and I WILL highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.
