Ms. Fugate and her team were excellent on my case. I have been trying to get approved for disability for 2.5 years without success. Shea Fugate and her law practice has been a hero of legal professionalism in my struggle to find financial assistance with my disability. My disability is a mental illness, this makes the battle for daily financial assistance nearly impossible. I have grown up, lived and worked in the Brevard (some Orange county) area most of my life and Shea Fugate was well aware of legal procedures of the area. I've been in the hospitality field as a restaurant manager for over twenty three years and know something about professionalism and client assistance. Shea Fugate and her law practice exhibited both qualities in abundance. Being in that hospitality field in Florida for so long I'm not versed in legal practices involving disability. I had been fighting for disability for many years. I have had many different lawyers throughout the years and no one stuck with me. My case went to the federal level and was given to Ms. Fugate. From the moment we talked I knew she was a great choice. Ms. Fugate was just awesome. She constantly kept in touch with me with updates about my case.
