Stratus Roofing (and our primary point of contact, Matt) was amazing throughout the roofing process. They handled everything from the initial insurance adjuster inspection, estimate and approval, scheduling, permitting, install, and post-install reconciliation with our insurance company. Proactive communication all the way through, a respectful and hard-working crew, and ultimately a beautiful new roof were very proud of! (NOTE: this was my 2nd transaction with them. They redid my moms home before we sold it back in 2021. 5-star experience then as well!). They may not be the most well-known in town but that doesnt mean they arent one of the best!

I highly recommend Anthony J. Lauria of Stratus Roofing. We had a leak come through our livingroom rock wall during the last rain storm. Contacted Stratus Roofing for an estimate before fighting with (and possibly losing) our insurance company. Anthony came out and thoroughly checked the roof, the chimney, and the outside wall to see what was going on. Turns out, it's an extremely simple fix that my husband can take care of. He could have easily listed off an extensive and costly number of things that needed done in order to make money. (I'm visually impaired and not about to climb on the roof just to fall back off of it so I would have never know the difference.) Instead, he chose honesty, which I greatly appreciate. Guaranteed, I WILL call Stratus Roofing again.

Our home sustained a water pipe bust in January 2023. Our home insurance delayed recovery and repairs for 7 months, eventually pointed us to Stratus Roofing for interior repairs. Initial assessment by Stratus opened our eyes to the amount of damage was caused by the water, all due to the delay by insurance. Their team also did an overall assessment of our home and noted severe damage caused by hail on our roof. With their assessment of our roof, the entire roof was also replaced. Repairs started as soon as we signed the paper work. Our assigned team; Edward, Anthony and Ricardo were with us every step of the way with professionalism, insight, vision and assurance. We never felt alone in the daunting process. Anthony; our visionary gave feedback as often as needed, available at all times/hours, gave us price budgets to work in and recommendations as needed. Edward ensured the re-roofing was done timely, to code, always on-site and ensured a proper clean up Ricardo who was the lead over the crew, provided excellent services to daily needs, personal liaison. We worked daily with the crew to ensure there was no language barriers, shared a lot of laughs and were sad to see the crew leave after all was said and done. With any major repairs theres always going to be the few call-back matters. Anthony and Ricardo have been responsive to any requests, with a no hassle prospective. My home has never looked better, my roof is energy efficient and safe, we have already noticed a difference on our power bill. The product is fantastic, the craftsmanship is meticulous and the staff feels like family. We will be utilizing again for future projects.
