Matt, Kelly and Leonore have been a blessing to work with. From the first time we spoke with Kelly to closing with Matt along our side we have been grateful to have them on our team for our first home purchase. Their attention to detail and professionalism shined through every interaction we went through. The team showed a lot of professionalism in representing us (the seller) during negotiations with the buyer and for all communications to us, always keeping us posted as to the developments. Some delays occured with the closing, as the original Title Company had to transfer the file to another Title Co. following a cyber attack. Matt, Kelly and Leonore handled that situation very well to make certain that the closing would take place a .s.a.p. I strongly recommend them.
