Mid-Florida Pressure Cleaning

I cannot recommend this company. They did a poor job of protecting my plants and lawn from the chlorine. They did not cover all the plants and did not rinse them before, during or after the job as other companies do. I have never had this problem with previous vendors. My ferns, azaleas, firebush, porterweed, and pentas were damaged beyond recognition. A month later the lawn edges and ferns still look dead. Azaleas lost half their leaves. When I complained they said they never cover plants and never rinse the plants or lawn. And their fee is high.

Did an excellent job with our pressure washing! Showed up on time, cleaned the area requested, and even did some extra that they noticed needed cleaning. Highly recommend them! This is our 2nd time using Mid-Florida, will definitely use them again.

Poor job performance. Unfinished work. Extremely unsatisfied. It took the worker fifteen minutes to pressure wash a 2,960 square feet house. He tried to do the job in the midst of a severe thunderstorm and lightning. I was fearing for him hoping he would abort the work until the thunderstorm would pass. No, it did not happen. I do not recommend this company for residential pressure washing. Extremely deceiving!

We have lived in Florida for nearly 23 years now and apologies to Floridians, the "typical" issue we have with trying to hire any company to help service our home ends up in frustration and generally extended timelines. This was not our typical experience. It was in fact one of the best experiences we have had hiring a company for a residential service. My husband researched several companies and called and spoke to Mike, the owner and said he had a good feeling about hiring him to perform a chemical clean to our tile roof on our home. From the time my husband spoke to Mike until the time he had a crew at our door was literally just a few days. Beyond that, the crew actually showed up on time and were very professional. They talked to me about what was going to be done as my husband was not home during their service. When I asked them how long they thought it might take, they told me they thought maybe 3 hours. I was surprised because our home is very large and it has multiple elevations for the roof. I do think they were surprised because they ended up working a little over 4 hours. It was a very hot day with the temperatures near 90 if not above and the crew continued their work regardless. They weren't out taking breaks and giving up on this big job. I think they really took pride in what they were doing. After the job was complete, I went out and they walked me around the home to do a review and to see if I had any questions. As well, they showed me a few photo's of some areas on our roof that they wanted to make us aware of where some tiles had slid. I can honestly say this is by far one of the best experiences we have had with hiring a company to service our home. From the promptness, professional and great work ethic to the wonderful job they performed, I am more than pleased. I did read some of the other poor reviews and was honestly truly shocked. I can't even imagine that this is the same company that they are writing about because it is not at all what we experienced. I absolutely recommend this company and promise that we will use them for any future roof cleaning we need. We already hired them to clean my parents roof and we had them check my daughter and son-in-laws home. I think if you give them a try you will not be sorry.
