        I very pleased with the services. No is ever at the office to speak to directly. Extremely long wait times and I still have not been helped. Ive tried registering online with no success. An error message pops up that doesnt explain what needs to be done to fix the problem. It hurts my heart for companies like this that are funding by the government but do not do their job. Extremely frustrating. Will never recommend.

        I reached out to this local chapter of the MS Society many years ago when I was newly diagnosed - scared of the unknown. A wonderful lady (who I do not the name of), listened to me and empathized with my feelings. She treated me like family - at a time when I was weak and vulnerable. I thank God for her and for the many years of support for the MS Society. I am no longer afraid of this disease.

        Hi my name is Lori DeLorenzo I have been working with the MS navigator Lisa Gordon she was wonderful. Ive had MS since 2001 and she really makes sure your taking care of . It is so nice to have such caring people working for the MS society
