This Bank Sucks! Stay clear... applied 2 weeks ago to get pre approval with Tom Daily after his rude demeanor on the telephone.. Said "my questions and loan was too much work that I just needed to apply" So I did... after 2 weeks of waiting... still no pre approval and not one word from Tom Daily... I went through Prime Lending and have already been pre approved locked through underwriting and conditional approval. Im letting the VA and Wounded Warrior Project aware of my experience as I am a 100% disabled veteran and would never want another Veteran or any person to be ignored and treated with such distain!

Homebridge came recommended to me and I really wanted to have a positive experience but it just didn't work out. The stated rates and fees do not match the reality. With an excellent credit score and over 500k in equity (stated by the Homebridge representative) my HELOC came back with a 9% rate and only 50k of available funds. Excuses were made about how the system had an error and that I put the info in wrong (which I did under the direction of the Homebridge employee). The knowledge of the individual I was working was lacking significantly and at one point she became combative and then just unresponsive. I found the entire engagement to be unprofessional and a bit of bait and switch and a total waste of time.

Josh Dougherty/Raegan Pierce/James Griffin, From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you ALL so much for all youve done in helping my family get into our new home! The market and bidding wars have been brutal but you all stuck it out with us throughout the entire process and we are so appreciative. We worked with Homebridge Financial Services, an just recently closed on our dream home. Kyle Cutchen, and Lauren Pryda worked diligently on getting me through the process. They were very professional, and knowledgeable. This was an experience!!! Stressful at times, and very exciting! I appreciated the fact that all my questions and concerns were answered fully. I was able to reach both Kyle, and Lauren via phone or email with great response time. They both made home ownership well worth the ride!!! We used homebridge to purchase out first home and Colleen and her team were amazing to work with! They made the process really easy and were in constant communication making sure everything progressed as quick as possible. Highly recommend!
