Amar Guemraoui, realtor, is the utmost professional. We met Amar two years ago and were impressed with his prompt attention, communication, kind and friendly manner and his extreme knowledge in the field of real estate. Amar was first a Property Manager for a townhouse we owned. Everything was handled beautifully which was much appreciated as were 1200 miles away. When the tenants moved out Amar made sure the house was left in perfect shape. Almost two years later we listed the house for sale with Amar and it sold in one day for $10k over asking price. We experienced a family tragedy in between all this and Amar couldnt have been more empathetic to our situation. He took over and allowed us to concentrate on family responsibilities. We are forever grateful for that. If I ever again need a realtor in the greater Orlando area I would not hesitate to call Amar Guemraoui.
