        We took our Mercedes E550 coupe model 2014 for multipoint inspection just to make sure all is good (to show our customers satisfaction) with the car the service adviser Mr. Peter was very co-operative, Multipoint report was all good all we had to replace is for a new battery which they did.

        Excellent communication with our Service Advisor, Mike. Car was ready before we expected, always nice. The waiting lounge is comfortable. The only recommendation I have is to supply ANY other snack than Cheezits in the lounge. Thank you, everyone!

        We took our GLA250 in for repairs to the moonroof, recall and the dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. They diagnosed that both rear speed sensors had gone bad, thats why the dashboard lights were on. The repairs were made and we picked up the car and at high speed it vibrated severely, we turned around and went back. Just a heads up, I have aftermarket custom wheels on it and you have to hand tighten them first to make sure theyre centered, then torque them. They didnt know that, so our service advisor took the car back and they corrected the issue. We were treated with the utmost respect the whole time!
