Slow moving and doesnt even go on a doctors evaluation tried sending me back to work before having a diagnosis cant even walk with a torn meniscus pinched between a joint and they went by a nurse practitioner under their payroll obviously to put me on light duty and I am having trouble getting around my house wow is all I have to say

Part of my job at work is handling HR. FFVA is our WC insurance company. Awesome to work with when it comes to workman's comp claims ..safety issues.... and over all information from OSHA to just standard practical practices. Very easy online accessibility. You can file claims, make payments on your account, ask questions, Etc.

I can describe them as terrible, terrible and terrible working with injured people. They are very rude. They even hang the phone in multiple times when they're angry when I told them what they do not want to hear about the company I worked for. Stay away from them and look for help somewhere else. And I think those positive 5 star posting here are people who work for them and not really injured client like us. Somebody investigate those positive posting please
