Absolute scam artists! They make false accusations and lie about facts in an attempt to steal money from hard working people. This should be illegal what they are doing!!! I can't wait for karma to bite them!

Judy can't do her job! At all. HR from my job had to force them to help me after a month. I spoke to Judy once in that time period. She Seemed bothered that I was calling her. Then the day of the doctors appointment they canceled it. They are disgusting the way they treat people. I refuse service. I rather pay for my foot to be looked at then beg them. Shame on them.

Just reposting, because Johns Eastern had my previous comment removed, that Johns Eastern steals millions of dollars from their clients and no one cares about giving them any accountability. Typical health insurance - giving you barely anything while taking more than necessary, just to take advantage of the average tax payer so that the CEO can make more on his Christmas bonus. Johns Eastern should be investigated for malpractice, along with the several shady counties that contract with them.
