I was so impressed with the superior customer service that I had received that I also switched to James Owens as my agent for my home insurance. Amazing experience. I am usually skeptical and hesitant when dealing with insurance brokers but James broke that stigma. He is the definition of detailed, hardworking, and a man of integrity. I have also sent numerous amounts of friends and family to him and they all rave about his service. If you need insurance let James take care of it for you!!
