This is absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a physician. They claimed that all of our specialist doctors to whom they said they sent referrals is lying when they say they didnt get any referrals. I find it extremely hard to believe that every other doctor is lying, especially when I see them looking for all the referrals in their computers when I go to the office to try to get an appointment. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away from them. When I had my first appointment with the nurse practitioner, she was driving in her car and doing a video visit. This is rediculous!

The doctor is excelente, but the office staff are desorganize, lack of professionalism, not call return, no email returns, and very rude. Even worse when you first language isn't English they hang up the calls.

The New management Of VPA is horrible. the worst. worse secretaries worse management. Rude arrogant. They have thecwrong patient information and incorrect patient not matching the date of birth with the records and chart. HIPPA violation they need to be reported to Agency of health care and investigated. NOT RECOMMEND

The office phone [option 1] is so busy that it is rarely that you get a human to answer your calls if you have some concern outside of medications-- that to be honest they usually send the prescription to the pharmacy fairly quick. Apart from that leaving a mail box message is useless as they rarely return your call. I am sure that the person who schedules the appointment is more efficient as I don't have any complains about it.
