Pampas Trove

Do not buy from here. Not as Described. Horrible customer service. Shedding and inconsistency issues. I had only asked owner to Replace the Pampas that were not as described or pictured since all but one were bad, but she claimed they were the last ones of that kind. So then I asked her to adjust the price to match the less fluffy style that she seemed to have sent me instead of the the extra fluffy ones I paid for, but she refused that too. She claims I wanted to keep them for free which is an outright lie. I would've been satisficed with an exchange or price adjustment and she offered neither. She initially was going to let me return if I paid for shipping (which I would not agree to) but then retracted the offer out of spite. If the product is not as described why should the customer pay for shipping??? From her response here--- you can see how unprofessional and unworkable she is. I also wouldn't trust their supposed "good" reviews, since all of a sudden she "received" two 5 star reviews immediately after I posted this one....Very unlikely. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THE HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH THIS SHOP.

Tiffany and her staff are amazing. I had to get Baby Shower gifts for my hostesses and Tiffany made me the most beautiful, custom pampas arrangements with unique vases. I was impressed by all colors, sizes and different varieties of pampas. I will definitely go back for holiday gifts!

I am a florist in the Central Florida area and I get ALL my pampas from Pampas Trove. After having some pretty horrible luck with sourcing from other vendors, I happened upon Pampas Trove and the value, quality and fluffiness has exceeded my expectations. Tiffany is so easy to work with and always gets me the best product. Look no further for pampas and other dried goods, she's your girl!

Beautiful pampas. High quality. I could not be happier. I have received many compliments from colleagues about the quality of my pampas. As a repeat customer I highly recommend Pampas Trove. Customer service is great too.

This is my go to source for pampas. Amazing service and wonderful product. I've ordered pampas from other sources before finding pampas trove and honestly nothing compares. They are very particular about their pampas (I've seen them working and sorting like crazy since I am in the same city, they discard anything that does not meet their standards which tells me they care A LOT. Get your fluffy goodness from here - you won't regret it :)
