They have no good English speaking people who pick up the phone. Its very very hard to communicate with them. Sometimes they give wrong information due to language barriers. United healthcare has got cheaper labour from other countries who dont speak or understand good English. Sometimes even emergency questions are ignored. I ended up handing up couple of times because I couldnt understand a word what they were saying. And they didnt let me do surveys when they know they will get bad reviews from me. They just hang up when I am waiting for surveys. These people have no clue how the American medical system works. Very disappointing. Its just cost cutting on united healthcare. Sad story. Theyre playing with peoples lives

United Healthcare has the worse customer service you can ever experience. 1 month calling about my ID cards, 1 hour over the phone to access an online account. For now, I don't have both. Kyle was the person that I talked to. Simply doesn't know what he is doing. Run from this company.

As you can see from the other reviews this is the worst insurance company ever! We went from the best insurance Aetna to UHC and they're terrible. Horrible customer service, they offer zero aid to make their clients happy.

Need to move call centers back to United States. The Philippines is hard to understand and they can not answer any questions . Poor training and bad communication skills . Total waste of time calling them

I literally was helped by the most amazing person! Mr. Rafael Lpez, from your call center was such a complete sweetheart. I called in to verify information for my childs insurance and he was prompt in answering all my questions. Needless to say he went above and beyond to make sure I had all the correct information needed. Thank you United health care for having such a great member on your team! Mrs.Quintero
