The Parker at Maitland Station Apartments

Renewal rates for the complex are crazy. For move out, they tried to tack on a ton of fees to pay on top of a cleaning fee. I coved holes with putty to help in the move out process and they tried to charge be $300 for "wall damage". Huge money grab. I would recommend living anywhere else in Maitland.

Staff is friendly and attentive to needs. The community is Quiet and well maintained. Nice facilities for working out or just relaxing. Residents are very respectful.

Just moved in and Damiano made everything such a smooth process, highly recommend everything about this place and the rest of the staff is amazing and super helpful!

Move in process was seamless, staff is super helpful (Henry is great) and apartment is beautiful. Looking forward to our time here at The Parker. **UPDATED** I wanted to update my review after living here for 14 months. We had a great experience at the parker. We lived in a B4 floor plan and the light that came into our apartment was 10/10. Maintenance was always prompt and we never had any issues inside of our apartment. The amenities were always kept up and the pool was always clean. I would say the most annoying things about living here is the package room and people not cleaning up after their pets but honestly, theres only so much you can control. The Parker started implementing fines for people who wouldn't clean up after themselves and I feel after that, things got better. We needed some more space and moved into a house, but if not we absolutely would have stayed. I also saw some people say they got nicked and dimed after move out, but we did not. I felt we were charged accordingly and had a great move out experience. I recommend the parker to anyone that wants to live in Maitland be very close to Winter Park. We will miss it!
