she was excellent. helped us pack and kept roberta calm.
i was just unhappy that she said buyer was paying closing cost when i asked. but at the closing roberta had to pay closing cost as well. i dont recall ever being told that roberta had to pay one. but doesnt matter now. she was a joy to work with and roberta adored her. they became fast friends. i would use her again and will refer when the time arises. she is a very compassionate person and that is a plus.roberta met her in the hospital and became friends there.

Excellent with out of state buyers! Hard-working, very knowledgeable, and personable to boot!
Patty's expertise and down to earth demeanor gave me the confidence I needed to make this purchase from a distance. There were so many questions, being an out-of-state buyer, and Patty was quick to respond to any of my concerns. She treated me like a friend, someone I can trust. I am now a very happy owner of a condo at The Waterside thanks to Patty Hughes.
She was a pleasure to work with from the minute I met her at the pool.
We talked a bit about what I was looking for and she had a unit set up for me to look at the same afternoon. Unfortunately in this market , Patty had her work cut out for her because we had to go through 8 different units and offers in order for me to obtain the unit I have today. She was very patient and always willing to go the extra mile if something had to be done or a call needed to be made no matter what day or time is was. I am very appreciative of the work she had to do to close this deal for me. Thank you Patty.
