Jiffy Lube

Friendly polite techs work here. I was in and out in no time. Unlike other places, and I know this is a small thing,the Jiffy Lube sticker peels off without sticking too hard to your windshield and since mine has been tinted, it doesnt ruin my tint every time they change the oil and update the sticker. Other places have pulled the corner of my tint down when they change their stickers because of the glue.

I took my car for a simple oil change and when I got back in, I had several codes reading in my car including the check engine light. One of the employees was extremely argumentative and tried to say that it was already on, which it wasnt. They lifted my hood, unplugged some wires that shouldnt have been unplugged to change the oil and claimed they just didnt have a good connection. My son who was sitting in the passenger seat at the time told me the guy with the computer just cleared the codes so the lights went out. Fast forward to a couple days later and the check engine light is back on. I took it to a real mechanic but before I made it to him, it was over heating. Because they didnt reconnect the wires that didnt need to be disconnected for an oil change, it fired the circuit on my water pump. A $100 oil change has now cost me an additional $600. Thanks for that. I have now been told by several mechanics and other people who have used the services there that this isnt an uncommon experience with the jiffy lube causing damage to peoples cars.
