Oh my goodness. I came in at 730pm to get a 5g wifi home internet device and these two girls have no clue what theyre doing. They couldnt even open a new account for me. Then they told me at 8pm (closing time!) that they wouldnt call the support dept for help because it would take hours to get a new account fixed. They just wanted to go home apparently. If I didnt have my biz cell, kids cells and my wifes cell with tmobile I would cancel everything and switch providers!

This is second time Ive been to this store and its horrible there are two young girls working both time that have no clue Went in today for an upgrade and was told the only person in the store was still in training and couldnt help me The first time I went to purchase a watch and was told if I financed it I would have some promotion and it would be half off 4 months later I was informed the promotion was never added and Im paying full price for a watch I only got cause they told me it was half off

I am an 51 year old black male educator. I went into this location on 10/24/23 after work to inquire about the new iPhone 15 pro max. I was not greeted when I walked in. Two of the three customer service reps were with customers. The other was behind the counter. Doing something on the iPad. I was checking the new iPhone out and more customers walked into the the store and one of the sales reps (appeared to be a bi-racial male) greeted the white female customers yelling out we dont serve your kind around here. To say the least I was offended. It was appalling and disrespectful to address anyone in that manner. The other sales reps just continued on like it was nothing.I got my questions answered by the gentleman behind the main counter and left. I have been a customer of that store for over ten years. I will take my business to Jacksonville from now on. Before it was ACE Hardware now this. What is it with this town and its customers service when it comes to minorities and women. Get with the times. Everyone doesnt have your insensitive, misogynistic, or egotistical attitude anymore.
