Verizon

I came in today for help on correcting a transaction. I was desperate and had already spoken to three associates here. I have been through a terrible situation and needed help to get my account corrected. Grace was here at the Macclenny store. She is usually only here on Saturday, but God blessed and helped me! He sent this wonderful lady who worked for three hours to help me correct my account. She knew who to contact with Verizon and stuck with the problem, with help Aaron, a manager. Grace was caring, concerned, and very professional. Thank you for having this wonderful lady and Aaron to correct my account. She was truly put here by our Heavenly Father today.

I came into the Macclenny store and I needed to change to my password but didnt know how. Lance Liverman was kind enough to help me out and change my password. He also showed me some cool new iPhone features. I love coming to this store because everyone is so nice. Were a small town but Verizons Customer Service is second to none. Thanks Lance!!!
