        I have been banking at this branch for about six years. I have several accounts as I was a VA fiduciary. I am currently in the process of reconciling and closing my clients accounts. Every one has been very helpful at Wells Fargo. Great customer service.

        The worst customer service I ever had in my life I came in Friday. She gave me a hard time for some documents. I made another appointment on Monday and l bring all documents she asked for she still gives me a hard time to do service her name is Sarah

        Just needed to cash a check out of my business account so I went inside. The drive-thru teller had me wait. Then came and took my ID and check. She left me standing there while the teller in front took care of two other people and a third person cashing checks. Clearly I need to move my business account to another bank as you no longer value me. Riverside Tours and Travel

        Run far away! They like to put your deposits on hold, and offer some lame excuse why! I refuse to allow a bank to hold my money hostage! The customer service is atrocious, too!
