        DO NOT RECOMMEND! My 82 year old grandmother utilized their services for years without any issues. This year she had a Ms. Snow file her tax returns. Should have been simple her only income is social security. After her taxes were completed, Ms. Snow applied her for a personal loan which deducted from her income tax return. My grandmother wasnt informed or told. When asked repeatedly about making it right they informed her she would be mailed a check for the amount of they deducted from her return. This is a prime example how they take advantage of the elderly. Highly do not recommend. Its been a month since Jackson Hewitt cooperate said they would make it right and she has yet to receive her refund. She went to Ms. Jessica, the district manager today and she wouldnt leave her office to give my grandmother an update. Several calls and office visits have been attempted. Actions speak louder than words.
