Charlie was top notch!! I came in with a crushed iPhone & a good bit of questions. He walked me through my options, laid out the differences with each scenario & had the patience of a saint! I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions right then. He was so professional & kind. Charlie even followed up by providing me additional details following our transaction & was sure to offer us his assistance in the future.
During the time that I sat with him he had multiple customers come to this location, wanting to see him for their needs. Charlie knew each one by name & vice versa; this man really cares about his profession and it shows!
Thank you for taking good care of me.
