I am in my 70's and have never found an agent as personable and professional as Karen. She has on several occasions spent time with us to discuss our insurance status, needs and solutions and goes to great detail to ensure a positive result if at all possible. Other agents just seemed to go through a routine, at their convenience and not very concerned if negative outcomes were being generated. So thankful we transferred our business to Karen.

Very helpful! After a storm, they reached out FIRST to sent an email with all of our policy information, just in case we needed to file a claim.
