THIS PLACE HAS GERMAN ROACHES in the rooms!!!! Was laying in bed and felt something crawling on my arm. Turn on the lights. It's a GERMAN COCKROACH in bed with me. Have to check all my bags, don't want bring them to my house. This is ridiculous. No one should have to worry about ROACHES when they go to bed at night!!! Someone needs to fix this problem . When calling the front desk, a Mary answered the phone, and I told the room had roach. She replied that florida had ROACHES. This lady was extremely rude and didn't care just hung up on me. Didn't try to move my room or anything to help. Something needs to be done. I'm reporting to the BBB+ as well. You can thank Mary for that one with being so rude on the phone!!! My Family & i traveled here for spring break with our children. We arrived at 1130, My husband asked for early check in, the guy at the front desk said itll be an additional 75.00. Even though check in was at 1200 I told him we could go someone else until then. Next thing you know we fee was automatically not important anymore. The elevator was down when we arrived. So we used the stairs the entire until our last day. We got STUCK ON THE ELEVATOR. My husband said something to the lady at the front desk & she argued with him that nothing was wrong & that they working just handling maintenance. However Im 5 months pregnant with 2 kids thats a huge safety hazard. But our concerns were not heard they just wanted to argue. I do not have to stay here ever again.
