I am a person who has a fear of dental work. I take good care of my teeth but had a few cavities I happened to grind out and cause damage. With a bad experience from a new dentist previous to this visit the problem got worse. Dr. Fitzgerald and all of his staff made me feel safe and the professional atmosphere was a good thing for me to experience. They overextended their expertise and communication with me and answered all questions I had. I am on the path to having my teeth back to where they need to be and I will be forever grateful!! They are very friendly and do not keep you waiting, the team worked like a well oiled machine. The next day Dr. Fitzgerald called me personally to check up on me, now thats customer service.
