Terrible Customer Service....my wife and I bought 2 new Galaxy 24 Ultras yesterday and spent tons of money and took one of our old phones in today to make sure we got the promotional credit and asked the sales LADY at Lynn Haven to help us do a phone-to-phone transfer of old data on just that phone and she said we would have to pay another $30!!!! She explained that's because she can't sell a phone to another customer if she stops to help us. There were NO other customers waiting. AVOID the LADY at LYNN HAVEN VERIZON store....she just wants your money and doesn't care about customers! We should have waited for Jonathan.

Jonathan is the best. Its been years we always go to that store because we know we are going to be taken care of by him. We are always more than satisfied and never have any issues or struggles after changing phones.
