DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and for past 7 months Ive been dealing with mold. All they do is scrap the mold off the ceiling or paint over it. CYNTHEIA HUNG UP ON ME AND MY MOM. She is rude and REFUSES TO HELP. Seriously do NOT live here. I had to throw away half of my stuff in my apartment due to mold. ALSO CYNTHEIA SPIES ON ME. She has her little neighbor friend filmed me moving out. She is rude and DISRESPECTFUL.

I Called The Office , While Looking at An EMPTY apartment to ask about availability , And was Told That They Had No Availability At The Moment , Ive Received The Same Answer For 6 Months. They Never Have Anything available So They Say .. Pointless To try they are Liars !

These folks are right. I've lived here for 7 years. First, office staff embezzled money and fired them. Then, they gave the job to another under-qualified illegal diversity hire. Except they refuse to hire anyone for the leasing office except Spanish speaking and new to the United States people. It's like a springboard for startups in the US! Thanks, Mr. DESANTIS! I applied 3 times for the leasing officer and was denied. There is NO parking at night or on weekends. They park 2 cars in a HANDICAPPED PARKING SPOT! Without a sticker or a handicap sign or plate. The office says they can not and refuses to enforce it. Nor will they enforce the speeding through the complex(s). If you call the cops, the office will call you and threaten you like they did to me! They aren't smart enough they have violated so many tenants' rights, yet they continue. They never give you a 24-hour notice. They are lazy. They email you a notice 12 hours before they enter. They allow people with dogs to URINATE and DEFICATE in the hallways and breezeways. It sits there for days. Maintenance doesn't know how to fix a damn thing. I have had an issue with a leak in the ceiling for 3 years, and they just let it dry up. Mold in the light fixtures, and its my problem to reach 8 ft on a ladder I don't own to clean them out. Knowningly having mold in the laundry room walls, they refused to fix and started to make me sick. So I am currently moving. I have a hole in the floor that they refuse/ can't fix. They don't know how! Send in a work order, and they send one back saying it is complete. I have made complaints and the office and to the corporate office. Nobody will answer the phone, and they will not return your calls. And every now and then raise your rent. I had 3 increases in one year. This place needs a class action lawsuit against them. It sucks for the good and courteous neighbors. Pretty soon, it will be a ghetto! If not already!? But I will say this, They have one good man. He's on his own as well! Good luck , G.

I've been coming here for 3 years to check for a vacancy and They always turn me away and say they don't do waiting list, I see that most of the people working and living there are Hispanic so it seems they only want to give apartments to Hispanic people.
