We've been going here for four years. Very pleased with the Doctors, staff, and facility. They have taken great care of our two large dogs and our cat. They've been very responsive in answering questions and giving us excellent guidance when our dogs were very ill recently.

The prescription refill process is horrible! I could not get thru for a few days due to some new phone system. This is concerning because my dog needs his meds for life. Even Publix will fill your script same day! I dont expect it every time, but now im out and hoping I get it today. The receptionist did not put my mind at ease, she was unsympathetic to my concerns. Called several times about my senior lab mix to get another consult and the receptionist said they would have the doctor call me. They never did. They don't care about you or your pets!

I contacted this hospital when my two dogs were boarding next door. There was an issue with the food we packed, and our dogs are on a prescription diet, so cannot just eat anything. We have a current prescription and called this location to see if we could transfer it so we could purchase some food from them to temporarily help us out. We were across the country and had no other way to get food to our babies. I was seriously willing to pay anything! They lied saying it's illegal to sell, which our vet and the manufacturer have since told me that if there is a current prescription, they could have filled it for me. Our dogs did not have their food for over a week due to their unwillingness to help. Safe to say, we will NEVER transfer our pet's care to a facility like this! Literally could care less that our dogs had no food for over a week. Absolutely disgusting!!

Love them! I am so thankful for Dr. Ricci, Dr. Novi, Sasha and the amazing staff there. They've taken such good care of my kitty with genetic issues. They have helped me stay healthier (medical issues that limit where I can safely go) and have seen her on urgent basis so we didn't have to go to the emergency vet. They are compassionate, professional, thorough, caring and really great!
