      image Had an outstanding shopping experience at the New Balance Factory Store. The person helping me, Colin, was fantastic and provided amazing quality of service. While they didn't have the shoe I needed in stock (due to width), they measured and made sure I was getting the right one... it arrived today and it's perfect. Will definitely use them again and recommend them highly!
