Cannot keep up with the influx of new patients. I faxed my my children's medical records two weeks ago and am unable to make an appointment. You can’t set up an appointment until they create an account which they don’t have timelines for reasonable expectations. I confirmed that they have received the records literally a day later. Their front office lacks a sense of urgency, which is unsettling when it comes to pediatric care, thankfully my children aren’t ill at this time. If they don’t have modern technology and resources to accommodate new patients what else are they not able to do? Happy to edit my review upon an update of this process.** Called the office and asked to speak to the site manger as noted in the response on 8/25/23 at 2:38pm. I've waited over a month and no chart or profile was created until whoever I spoke to set it up on the phone and I was on the phone for 30 minutes. Also, soonest available appointments are a month out. In conclusion; if anyone plans on establishing care here at the Lutz location, (Wesley Chapel is not taking new patients and won't set up profiles for you) be prepared to wait 2 months for an appointment for your child.

Thorough, knowledgeable, competent. We have seen Dr. Buzzeo and Dr. Wilde and are very happy with both. Also, love that we can get in on the same day when it is urgent.

Dr Rick Wilde is the most caring and attentive Peditrician we have ever had! Thank you so much for always taking such good care of our daughter!
