        Rooms: I purchased a suite for my daughter and my self. They put us in a handicap suite. It wasnt as nice of an experience as I had in January.

        We had to check in last minute, and Anna was able to set us up and make sure everything was taken care of. She went over and above what was expected and checked in on us throughout our stay. She is honestly the reason we chose to stay here. Very thankful for her!

        Parking is a challenge as we had to park next door and walk in the rain. They only have 2 handicap parking spots and do not enforce placard or plates to park there. Breakfast was done 30 minutes before stated end time so people were looking for breakfast and no hot food.

      Thank you, Debbie, for sharing your recent Residence Inn Tampa Suncoast experience. We are sorry that parking was not available right out front. There is plenty of space in the shared area between our hotel and the hotel next door. For our guests to start their day off right, we offer a full hot buffet breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. during the week and from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the weekends. Come on back and enjoy!
