John was the best sales rep I have ever been with! He was so personable, and down to earth. He did not force any items my way, but he showed me everything I was interested in and what he thought would be a good fit for my style. I will recommend all of my friends looking for furniture to come to this location, and ask for John, because he was utterly outstanding!

Five stars because I can't think of anything to criticize the store for. The service is very attentive and immediate and its giant store and merchandise fairly represented by the pictures on its site. Quality of the merchandise is not the best in the world but it's more than worth the prices they charge. Didn't buy anything but that's because the style of their furniture for the most part is not my cup of tea.
